We are currently recruiting for a Financial Business Partner to join our existing finance team based in Dublin.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will play a key role within the finance department as we continue to enhance our best-in-class department.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an accountant to join an ambitious and experienced finance department and is a great steppingstone for their career in finance.
Key responsibilities include:
Key support in the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Forecasting Process; work closely with different departments to collate and analyse forecast data
Compare actuals to forecasted data to provide insights and recommendations for corrective actions
Proactive in making improvements to reporting and data collection to help generate meaningful financial insights to share with senior leadership
Act as a point of contact for client teams for invoice generation and to ensure compliance with revenue recognition and client contract terms
Analyse timesheet compliance and key performance metrics surrounding time on a periodic basis to support decision making; build and maintain long-term models to understand the trends
Ensure month end and year end reporting tasks are performed on time and accurately
Ability to create and improve reports using excel, Power BI etc
Assist and support in external audit queries as required
Required to work in the office at least 2 days per week
Willing to help out in adhoc projects or tasks due to the nature of out team being smaller
Professional skills:
Qualified chartered accountant (ACA or equivalent)
Advanced Excel skills
The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines across multiple workstreams.
Fluent English language skills

What we offer
This is a permanent role. The team is based in our Dublin office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday
