Based in our Dublin office, Finance Solutions a Howden company are delighted to have a vacancy as a Finance Administrator - Mortgages, for our Mortgage book of business that will be an integral part of our wider Financial Lines team.

About the role:

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful Finance Administrator will primarily focus on supporting our customers through the Mortgage process, ensuring client satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and customer service.

Additionally, this role requires the individual to have strong relationship management, be process orientated, and optimize client portfolios/Mortgage processes while working in a fast paced environment managing high volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with business clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Oversee the support for our customers through the Mortgage process from AIP through to drawdown.
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Manage pipeline, while dealing with all general administration duties, inclusive of phone calls and emails.
  • Implement Company’s Compliance and office procedures regarding any documentation.
  • Provide Administration Support to a team of Financial Advisors
  • Attend client visits with Management as required.
  • Adhere to Compliance as outlined in Handbook and Procedures Manual.

About You:

  • At least 1+ years' experience in dealing with mortgage completions documents
  • Experience dealing with multiple lenders completion process would be advantageous.
  • Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
