As our Finance Systems Specialist, you will drive process efficiencies with a focus on our Subscription Management systems. You will drive initiatives across systems like Chargebee, Stripe, and Personio's own backend by bringing cross-departmental teams together with the goal of providing more seamless experiences for our customers.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Company-wide projects: Coordinate and contribute to company-wide projects and initiatives by bridging the gap between go-to-market, product and finance teams
• Central point of contact: Act as a point of contact for other departments regarding our subscription, billing and payment systems
• Business process management: Actively contribute to the internal documentation and improvement of business processes, especially with focus
• Quality & governance: Continuously improve quality assurance and contribute to internal data governance guidelines.
• Continuous automation: Assist the functional finance teams by continuously driving automation and addressing process inefficiencies
• Constant improvement: Constantly advise stakeholders in order to drive further improvements and automation in the field of subscription management

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• At least 5 years of experience with administering subscriptions management and / or billing systems like Chargebee, SuiteBilling, Zuora or similar
• You hold a Computer Science, Business Information System, Business Administration or similar
• Experience with web services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST or similar) or with workflow tools (Airtable, Airflow, Make)
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS company or in technical consulting is a big plus
• Be process-focused with a view to continuous improvements to processes that scale
• You have an affinity for system design and data, good analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
• Ability to prioritize and navigate well in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
• Ability to deliver in a highly collaborative manner that generates buy-in and enthusiasm from peers and other stakeholders
• You are business proficient in English. German and any other European language are nice-to-have.
