An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager with daa International reporting directly into the SVP Commercial & Finance.
As daa International expands, there is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team. daa International has recently gone live with Oracle Fusion Financials, so the role will have an initial focus on bedding in all processes and policies across month end, engaging with the finance teams in SSC and Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong Governance and risk culture across daa International. In addition, the successful candidate will be required for FP&A within daa International and take responsibility for the preparation of the monthly management accounts. The role will also involve ongoing contract management for daa International clients, assessing the long-term Corporate structure as daa International expands into new regions. The successful candidate will also lead the new sustainability reporting requirements.
The successful candidate will also need to professionally manage and interact with a wide array of stakeholders, including but not limited to, SSC, Group Finance, Internal & External Audit, Shared Services Centre. The role will require some travel but for limited periods. This role will report directly into SVP Finance & Commercial, with a strong dotted line into Group Financial Controller. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strategic vision, innovation, and creativity as well as a commitment to driving the best results for daa International.
1. Lead Month-End Close & Financial Reporting Excellence
Oversee the month-end close process in collaboration with the KSA and Shared Services Centre (SSC) teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. Provide robust analysis and deliver clear insights to the SVP Commercial & Finance and Group CFO to support strategic decision-making.
2. Drive Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&A Activities
Lead the Latest Expected and Budget processes, partnering with the daa International Senior Leadership Team to develop accurate forecasts and long-term budgets. Ensure financial plans are aligned with organisational goals and support proactive financial decision-making.
3. Strengthen Governance, Risk Management & Internal Controls
Develop and embed a strong governance culture by maintaining the daa International Governance Scorecard, leading the risk management process across all jurisdictions, and ensuring adherence to appropriate financial controls. Partner with Internal Audit to drive continuous improvement in governance and risk compliance.
4. Manage Financial Performance & Reporting Integrity
Monitor financial performance against approved budgets, identify variances, and propose corrective actions where required. Ensure integrity, transparency, and quality across all financial reporting and compliance activities, supporting both operational and strategic outcomes.
5. Lead Contract Management & Revenue Assurance
Provide oversight of active contracts to ensure all revenue opportunities are fully captured, including timely billing, management of contract variations, and monitoring payments. Maintain strong financial control over contract performance to support commercial success and client accountability.
6. Support Business Development & Bid Pricing Activities
Develop and present bid financial models, including pricing strategies, KPIs, and projected returns for daa International proposals. Partner with Business Development and Commercial teams to prepare financial analysis, business cases, and client presentations that strengthen competitive positioning.
7. Lead Development of Global Corporate Structure & Sustainability Reporting
Support the development of a scalable global corporate structure as daa International expands into new regions, ensuring financial, tax, and governance considerations are addressed. Lead sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring daa International meets emerging internal and external disclosure standards.
8. Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships & Provide Executive Support
Engage professionally with stakeholders across SSC, Group Finance, Internal/External Audit, and regional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance. Deputise for the SVP Finance & Commercial when required, representing daa International at internal meetings and client/partner engagements.
Experience
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong grounding in technical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Proven experience in commercial finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as a self-starter, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations; airport or aviation industry experience is desirable but not essential.
Prior track record of preparing and presenting financial insights to senior executives and leadership teams.
Strong understanding of financial controls, and corporate governance standards.
Broad commercial awareness with the ability to assess financial implications of operational and strategic decisions.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
