Role Summary

   In addition to providing strong analytical and reporting skills, the successful candidate will work directly with the Finance Director and be a key member of the European finance team. 


Essential Job Functions

  • Consolidation of month end results across Europe and APAC for the business, as well as variance reporting against budget and forecast, through the production of monthly financial reporting packs within the group reporting cadence. 

  • Supplement this reporting with knowledge and insight into the results gained via close collaboration with the local teams. Ensure prompt investigation of any financial issues that arise in a proactive way to deliver timely results and minimise risk; 

  • Key contributor during the budget target setting process which include supporting  all aspects of the budget process for Europe ensuring the regions meet expectations by liaising closely with the Finance Director and SVP European Finance.  

  • Coordination of forecast process on a monthly, as well as consolidation of results to discuss with the Finance Director.

  • Contribution and support for quarter end activities, such as contributing to CFO backpocket commentary and other ad hoc reporting required for Earnings, as well as quarter end controls.

  • Coordinate process improvements, or efficiencies in an energetic and proactive way, as the need arises. 

  • Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with our internal customers within the business, in order to deliver best of class business partnering support.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ year post qualification with proven experience in monthly management accounts review & FP&A/Business Partnering

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in financial analysis, accounting, management consulting or similar.


Preferred Requirements

  • Business partnering experience 

  • Transaction services or payments experience highly advantageous

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Advanced presentation skills

  • Advance data modelling skils
