We’re looking for ambitious graduates to join the Finance pathway in Dublin for the 2026 Flutter Graduate Programme.  

Over an exciting three-year rotational programme, you’ll work with different areas of our Finance organisation, gaining broad exposure, building technical expertise, and shaping the decisions behind a multi-billion-pound business.

Why this Programme 

You’ll embark on a thrilling journey across two divisions here at Flutter. All while receiving full sponsorship for your chosen qualification (ACCA or CIMA). Throughout, you will learn core accounting skills, gain commercial understanding, and be supported by mentors, managers, and fellow graduates. 

You’ll rotate across our two divisions: 

• Group Functions is at the heart of all things Flutter, this division powers and protects our world class brands to give us the Flutter Edge. This division looks after a lot of the corporate activity you would expect with running a multi-billion-pound FTSE 25 company. 

• Flutter International unite some of the biggest and innovative brands in the betting and gaming industry; Betfair, Paddy Power, Sky Betting & Gaming, tombola, PokerStars & Betfair International.  

What you'll do 

• Build hands-on experience across key Finance functions through structured rotations. 

• Work on strategic projects that influence how our business performs. 

• Develop a strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, forecasting and reporting. 

• Use your €1,000 Self-Development Fund and Udemy to sharpen your professional skills. 

• Earn your professional qualification with 100% exam funding and study support.

The Application Process 

If your application is successful, you’ll go through three simple stages: 

Round 1: HireVue online video interview  
Round 2: SHL online general ability & personality assessment 
Final Round: In-person assessment centre in March 2026

Important information 

• This is a 3-year fixed-term contract commencing September 2026.
