    As a Senior Associate in the Finance & Business Management team, you will optimize business performance by promoting key initiatives and acting as a trusted advisor to the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls team. You will be responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks, and your role will vary in line with the priorities of different lines of business.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting which includes monthly financials, allocations, and headcount analysis and/or production of a variety of financial/management reports
 - Work on the annual budgeting process with stakeholders within Global Technology and Finance
 - Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
 - Drive critical financial analytics to provide insights for management decision making, partner with other finance and functional teams to lead and support strategic business projects
 - Work with various financial databases (Essbase, Apptio) to store, retrieve, and compile data for financial & personnel reporting
 - Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
 
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
 - Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
 - Advanced level ability expected in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
 - Proactive self-starter with tremendous problem solving skills and an analytical/insightful mindset who takes initiative to understand issues and improve end to end process, innovates and goes beyond immediate responsibilities
 - Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Familiarity with business intelligence toolsets (Alteryx, Tableau, AnaPlan) preferred
 - Prior experience in Finance and Business Management supporting technology organizations preferred
