Job Brief
We are looking to hire a skilled Accountant & Bookkeeper to manage our company’s day-to-day financial operations. As part of the Uvation finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

You will be working closely with our leadership team to provide financial insights, assist in budgeting, and support decision-making processes.

To ensure success in this role, you should have proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience with MS Dynamics , NetSuite or QuickBooks. Ultimately, a top-level Accountant & Bookkeeper will ensure that our company’s finances run smoothly and transparently.
Responsibilities & Duties

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities.

Manage and reconcile accounts payable, receivable, bank accounts, and credit card transactions.

Post and review general ledger entries; ensure accuracy of financial data.

Maintain accounting records in line with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

Lead transition to NetSuite, including data migration and COA design.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support tax filings and liaise with CPAs, auditors, and consultants.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Track cash flow, burn rate, and report KPIs to management.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Establish consistent practices for multi-entity and global operations.

Maintain clean audit trails for internal and external audits.

Collaborate with CFO, founders, and cross-border accounting teams.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.

    Proven experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role.

    Hands-on experience with  Microsoft Dynamics ,NetSuite and/or QuickBooks.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
    Preferred Skills

     Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity.

    Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
