We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our London office and lead key marketing initiatives across the UK and Ireland (UKI). In this role, you will focus on supporting demand generation and building awareness for our extended product suite, working closely with the regional sales and marketing teams. You will develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and programs that align with business goals, with a primary focus on products outside of our core work management solution. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, you will be instrumental in driving measurable impact and pipeline generation across these products.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

Field Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement localized field marketing strategies to support sales growth and pipeline generation across the UKI region, with a focus on our extended product suite.
  • Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, events, and programs tailored to the region’s unique market dynamics, prioritizing demand generation for solutions beyond core work management.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify key opportunities for engaging prospects and customers through targeted marketing efforts for specific products.
  • Manage and execute regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to drive brand visibility and lead generation for non-core products.

Demand Generation:

  • Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and engagement among target audiences for our extended product offerings.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email, digital, content marketing, and events, to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads focused on products outside of core work management.
  • Identify and partner with local influencers, media outlets, and industry associations to amplify the company’s message and reach across all products.

Market Insights & Analysis:

  • Analyze regional market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to optimize marketing strategies and messaging, with a focus on non-core products.
  • Leverage customer data to refine field marketing activities, improve engagement, and identify opportunities for growth in the broader product suite.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, using data to adjust strategies for improved outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the regional sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Partner with the global marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and execution across all touchpoints for products outside of the core work management solution.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure the local market is informed of new product features, launches, and updates across the entire product offering.

Requirements

Your Experience & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
  • Strong experience in planning and executing events, marketing campaigns, and field marketing strategies, especially focused on diverse product offerings.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage campaigns and track performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
