About the Role:

We are looking for a Facility (EU) Supervisor for our Kraków-based office to help us a create a workplace experience Remitlians don't want to miss!

You will do this by leading daily solutions and collaborating with many teams, including: IT, HR, Recruiting, Accounting, senior leadership and more.

This is an onsite role reporting to the EMEA facilities leader based in Poland.

You Will:

  • Setup and ensure efficient office operations, services and maintenance.

  • Oversee local vendor selection, relationships and performance.

  • Support projects, including renovations, reconfigurations, and relocations.

  • Collaborate with internal customers for best seating arrangements, space use and events.

  • Oversee a small team handling daily facility operations, maintenance, and vendor management.

  • Ensure daily office health, safety, security and business continuity.

  • Be a primary contact for local and visiting Remitlians' office needs and requests.

  • Manage budget and expenses, with an eye for cost reduction opportunities.

  • Coordinate with IT and HR to onboard onsite and remote employees.

  • Contribute to process improvement and new ideas both locally and globally.

  • Create and report on important metrics and performance targets.

You Have:

  • A BA/MA degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities or property management, corporate services or equivalent.

  • 3+ years' experience with service vendors and commercial facility providers.

  • 3+ years of project management experience with medium-to-large projects (e.g., office moves, equipment upgrades).

  • Previous experience in people management/ supervision.

  • Experience in scheduling, overseeing tasks, and resolving minor staff issues.

  • Demonstrated understanding of building systems, security and safety standards.

  • Openness and improvement-driven approach.

  • B2+ English proficiency.
