Our Internship Programme gives you a real opportunity to gain practical ‘hands-on’ experience, training and shadow the experts of your chosen field. It also provides you with insight into what it is like to work with us.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the compilation and analysis of the Quality Performance metrics of the various business units of ExM Quality Council, ensuring timely escalations and actions. 

• Support the Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) Market Action Fact Finding Meetings (FIT / FIRM) and PRC processes for major / critical investigations involving Third Party products. 

• Support authoring Field Alert Reports, Biological Product Defect Reports, Quality Defect Notifications and all other Health Authority notifications associated with CMOs managed by ExM. 

• Support improvement projects as needed. 

• Interface with relevant departments to ensure compliance with corporate policies, GMP, and regulatory requirements. 

• Support the progression of GMP documents within the Documentation Management System 

• Authoring of QA-related procedures 

• Engage in Quality Culture initiatives. 

• Support the review and verification of Quality data.

• Engage in Operational Excellence initiatives.

• Support team with routine administration of team meetings, presentations, and issuance of meeting minutes as assigned by supervisor. 

Due to the nature of the role, you may work in other and/or multiple QA areas once the appropriate training has been completed.

• Successful internship for student who is undertaking an undergraduate degree program in General Science, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Analytical Science, Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Chemistry/Pharmaceutical & Industrial Chemistry.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture.
