The Team:
In this role you will be supporting a Celonis SVP responsible for a global function. You will interface and collaborate with different departments globally and work closely with other members of our highly professional and dynamic Executive Support Team.
The Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be based in Spain and gain insight into the day-to-day business of key company Executives and Senior Managers. In addition to that you will also be responsible for your own projects and drive them independently.
The work you’ll do:
- Calendar, expense report and travel management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including attendee management, material preparation, room set-up and issue resolution
- Assist in creation and editing of documents and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Lead the organization of internal events (e.g., Global Leadership Meetings, Team Events)
- Provide support during Customer or Executive meetings
- Ad hoc projects and much more!
The qualifications you need:
- Ideally 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an SVP or VP, ideally in a fast-growing IT Company, Consulting Industry or Banking.
- Experience working in a tech-driven environment - ideally previous experience supporting Sales Leaders and Teams
- Ideally you bring a high interest for Tech topics
- Self-started, proactive and entrepreneurial
- Adaptability: Being able to shift gears and cope with change
- Critical thinking: Making informed decisions without having all the answers
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable providing structure within a dynamic environment, and navigating ambiguity
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, high flexibility and experience working under pressure with different time zones
- Very good ability to prioritize tasks.
- Reliable, discrete and service oriented personality
- High level of integrity and business ethics
- Strong team player
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
- Perfect command in English (written and spoken), German or Spanish as a plus.
