About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our EMEA General Manager. You are a self-starter with outstanding organisational and people skills, and strong attention to detail. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can move fast and execute at pace.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Organisational support: partner with our EMEA GM to run the day-to-day operations of an efficient, high-velocity, and fun EMEA scale-up

  • Calendar management: prioritise, coordinate and schedule the GM's calendar, optimising the GM's time to achieve our business objectives

  • Meeting aficionado: organise, attend, and track key GTM meetings (manage meeting agendas, notes, minutes and action items)

  • Pacesetter: proactively resolve time-sensitive issues, demonstrating excellent judgment and problem solving skills

  • Communications: assist with internal communications and logistics for EMEA All-Hands, GTM town halls, coffee chats, etc

  • Travel planning: manage flights, hotels, transportation, dining, and more

  • Expense management: manage expenses for yourself and your GM

  • Culture carrier and community builder: craft fun & engaging team offsite experiences, celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, new family members, and promotions to ensure employees continue to feel connected and recognised

Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Operations and Support at fast-growing startups or scale-ups, ideally in GTM

  • Organised and detail-oriented: exceptional attention to detail, calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and able to create order from chaos

  • Effective communicator: ability to clearly convey leadership priorities across all formats—written, verbal, in-person, virtual, and group settings

  • Event planning: experience organising events for hundreds of people and multi-day offsites for smaller groups, such as executive retreats

  • Emotional intelligence: passionate about employee engagement with a proven ability to build strong relationships and positive energy at all levels of the organisation

  • Discreet: proven ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters

Nice to Haves:
  • You're a Notion evangelist! You love the product, already use it in your daily life and enjoy building!
