The Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Risk Officer is a trusted partner who supports the Group CRO’s effectiveness and productivity. Working in a fast-paced environment, the role combines executive assistance, coordination, and operational support across SCOR’s global Risk Management function.

The Executive Assistant anticipates needs, manages priorities with accuracy, and enables effective collaboration across a broad network of stakeholders. The role requires a highly reliable and proactive individual who is comfortable working independently, exercises sound judgment with limited guidance, and demonstrates strong self-management, ownership, and organizational skills.

The Executive Assistant also leverages digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and continuously improve ways of working.

Responsibilities

Executive Support and Priority Management

  • Manage the Group CRO's complex and dynamic calendar.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and prioritize competing demands.
  • Coordinate executive correspondence and monitor key action items.
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and meeting materials.


Stakeholder and Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across global teams.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment.


Team Integration and Operational Coordination

  • Participate in leadership meetings and track actions and decisions.
  • Support offsites, workshops, Risk Connect calls, and engagement activities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Provide operational support across the Risk Management function. 


Budget, Vendor and Administrative Management

  • Support budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and vendor documentation.
  • Track budget utilization.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, visas, and logistics.


Digital, Technology and AI Enablement

  • Utilize Copilot, AI tools, and automation solutions.
  • Streamline processes through digital workflows.
  • Support AI-assisted meeting summaries, dashboards, and action tracking.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies while maintaining confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience supporting a C-level executive, Executive Committee member, or equivalent senior leader in an international organization.
  • Proven discretion, professionalism, and integrity handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Experience with AI-supported productivity tools.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational capabilities.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Interest in learning risk management and reinsurance topics.
  • High reliability, resilience, flexibility, and sound judgment.
  • Passion for executive support and long-term career development in the profession.
