Executive Assistant – EMEA Sales & Site Leadership

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
Department: EMEA Sales & Regional Leadership
Reports to: Head of EMEA Sales & Dublin Site Lead

About the Role

We seek a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Head of EMEA Sales and Dublin Site Lead. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, facilitating team coordination, and enabling strategic focus across EMEA leadership. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of priorities, events, and internal communications across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Provide executive-level support, including calendar, travel, inbox, and meeting coordination.
  • Partner with senior leaders to manage strategic priorities, drive execution, and streamline workflows
  • Lead planning and logistics for EMEA leadership meetings, internal events, executive visits, and offsites
  • Own project timelines, track progress, and follow up on action items across cross-functional initiatives. This is a substantial component of the role
  • Support internal communications, create messaging, and maintain alignment across stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between executives, regional teams, customers and external partners, building trust and clarity at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and confidential information
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in project management, program coordination, internal communications, or project tracking is a plus
  • A collaborative mindset, a proactive approach, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
