  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency using AI tools and automation

Key Tools:

  • Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-moving tasks

  • Comfortable working autonomously and handling confidential information with discretion

  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and leverage new tools

  • Experience working in a startup or remote-first environment

What We Offer:

  • Full-time remote role with flexible hours

  • Opportunity to work closely with an experienced founder

  • Exposure to multiple startups in the tech and AI space

  • A fast-paced but supportive work environment

  • A budget for learning and self-improvement, especially in the AI space
