  • Manage the process of EWL integrations from initiation to delivery, acting as the primary contact for new partners during any integration, testing, or product launch

  • Define critical metrics and validate the impact of new product features and releases

  • Communicate EWL product plans and business value to stakeholders and the wider group

  • Engage with wider product teams and manage any dependencies upon those teams that may be required to advance EWL product ambitions

  • Be the advocate and expert of the EWL proposition in the business

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of Product Management / Product Delivery/ Design / BA experience.

  • Understanding and experience of Product management best practice.

  • Experience managing third party providers/agencies.

  • Capable of shifting effectively between long-term strategic perspectives, work and initiatives to the immediate operational/technical requirements and SLAs.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable operating at all levels of an organisation. Ability to digest complex information and simplify it.

  • Naturally collaborative, and with a desire to be part of a highly successful team rather than just a highly successful individual.

  • Influencing skills – ability to collaborate well and develop strong relationships across the group to order to influence outcomes.

  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new scenarios and navigate fluidly developing situations with ease.

  • Willingness to travel (conferences, client meetings).
