We are seeking an experienced End User Experience (EUX) Engineer to support a short-term office relocation project based onsite at Dublin Airport. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring a seamless end-user technology experience before, during and immediately after the office move.
The successful candidate must be available to start w/c 19 January and comfortable working fully onsite in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Required skills & qualifications:- Proven experience in a EUX / Desktop Support / End User Computing role
- Strong hands-on experience supporting end-user hardware and operating systems
- Experience supporting office moves or large-scale IMAC activities is highly desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently in an onsite, time-critical environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Must be available to start w/c 19 January
- Must be able to work fully onsite at Dublin Airport
- Provide onsite EUX / desktop support during the office move, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting
- Deploy, configure, and support end-user devices (laptops, monitors, peripherals, docking stations, phones)
- Support Windows and/or macOS environments, including user profiles, applications, and access
- Assist with desk moves, changes, and installations (IMACs)
- Ensure connectivity to corporate systems (network, VPN, printers, collaboration tools)
- Work closely with facilities, IT, and third-party vendors to coordinate move activities
- Provide floor-walking support to end users post-move to resolve issues quickly
- Document issues and resolutions, escalating where necessary
