JPMorgan is one of the largest Exchange Traded Fund service providers in the world - with offices, operations and clients throughout the world. The Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) Product Development team is responsible for the delivery of core product enhancements and targeted tactical solutions to meet the extensive needs of the clients and prospects for the ETF product. Our aim is to position J.P. Morgan as 'best in class' with clients and prospects for one of the fastest growing asset classes within the Bank. The team also maintains and expands subject matter expertise, providing thought leadership in the ETF product space. The role will involve the delivery of system developments, liaising directly with Clients, Technology, Operations and Product groups in solution definition, technical design and delivery to production for end users.
Job Summary
As an analyst on the ETF Product team you will be a key part in helping us build our function. Strong cross-functional/business collaboration skills are required as you will work across multiple teams within the bank. Strong You will be responsible for helping to synthesize large amounts of information into crisp recommendations; present and defend recommendations to a variety of audiences; manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively.

As an ETF Product Development Analyst you will work with the Custody and Fund Services teams, clients, internal business partners and external vendors to manage, support and expand our product offerings. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with our Product, Operations and senior members of Product Development to design and deliver key elements of the strategic ETF design roadmap
Partner with Operations to identify and remediate existing manual workflows
Coordinate the user testing and rollout of new ETF products, managing feedback and implementing additional enhancements based on priorities
Manage effective working group meetings across Product, Operations and Technology to deliver on key services and tools
Identify opportunities for improvement and helping to affect change
Manage ETF roadmap within PI, updating milestones and delivery dates for senior updates.
Program management for yearly deliverables including senior management roadmaps, working group and steerco materials.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Drive and measure business results through strategy development, business planning, general knowledge and skills
Drive results through people, communication, influence management and interactions
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work concurrently
Ability to work with large volumes of data and convert into a reportable format
Initiative: be able to move initiatives forward in a cross-functional and matrixed organizational model
Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions
A contributor who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode on multiple assignments
Strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills
