We are recruiting an experienced support administrator with at least 3 years experience in supporting business systems. You will join our team in providing first class support to our rapidly growing list of 5,000+ users across 150 businesses in 15 countries. Our world class Azyra Cloud Intelligence runs on Microsoft Azure and provides our clients with all the software and IT resources they need to run their business.
Support Team
Our Support Administrator works closely with the Support Team and our clients. Our support team of product specialists train and assist our clients to transform their business by implementing and running the Azyra cloud service.

Azyra sets new standards for ease of use and reliability so instead of dealing with the complexity of typical ERP software, our Support Team can focus on assisting our clients to achieve immediate improvements in all areas of their business.
Application Areas
Our Azyra enterprise system handles order processing, purchasing, supply chain, warehousing, financials, CRM, HR, web portals, handhelds, smartphones, IoT, maps, Office 365 integration, business intelligence, EDI and APIs.
Role
The Support Administrator role includes:
- Managing incoming support requests and channeling them to our product specialists
- Resolving routine connectivity and networking issues
- Setting up and managing user accounts
- Managing and running software upgrades
- Identifying improvements in our support processing
- Software testing
- General administration
Requirements
- Ability to work fluently in English
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Good people and communication skills
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Relevant IT qualification
- Lifelong learner
