Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous!

Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains.

Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times.

To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies.

BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America.

Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard.

About the role

BLP only works when it talks to our customers’ ERP systems. As an Integration Engineer, you build and own those connections and keep live integrations running for enterprise customers. Every new ERP system is a new problem to solve. You’ll drive our Infor integrations, one of our most important ERP ecosystems, while also contributing to other integrations.

What you'll do
  • Own our integrations with Infor LN and M3 and ensure their market fit, usability and reliability.

  • Design and implement interfaces for diverse protocols: REST, SOAP, direct DB access and file transfers.

  • Explore new ERP systems and determine the best way to connect them.

  • Build new ERP integrations, often in close collaboration with pilot customers.

  • Own existing integrations end to end, including issue resolution, and document them so teammates can pick them up.

  • Enable technical project managers to consult on, install and configure mature integrations.

What you'll bring
  • Hands-on integration experience with Infor LN or Infor M3, ideally both. You have built interfaces yourself, e.g., M3 MI programs and MEC mappings, or LN BDEs/BOIs and 4GL extensions, not only used the system as a functional consultant or key user.

  • Solid working knowledge of Infor OS and ION: ION Desk (connection points, document flows, mappings), standard, extended and custom BODs, and the ION API Gateway (OAuth 2.0, .ionapi credentials).

  • A good understanding of purchase-to-pay data in Infor: suppliers, purchase orders, receipts and supplier invoice matching.

  • Solid programming skills in at least one backend language. We build our integrations in Go. If you come from Java, C#, Python or similar and are keen to pick up Go, that works for us.

  • A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • A structured, self-reliant way of working, and ideally experience in a client-facing role.

  • Fluent English. German is a plus, as most of our customers are in the DACH region.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with both Infor CloudSuite (multi-tenant) and on-premise environments, and the constraints of each.

  • Experience with Infor Document Management (IDM) and ION Workflow, e.g., attaching invoice images to Infor records or routing approvals.

  • Extensive experience with SQL, common data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and transports (REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP).

  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices: Git, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD.

  • Integration experience with other ERPs, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle.

Integration Engineer or Senior Integration Engineer

We hire at both levels. Four things decide where you start: years of experience, breadth of experience, coaching experience and scope.

Integration Engineer

  • Years: 2+ years of hands-on integration work, including Infor LN or M3.

  • Breadth: in-depth experience with one Infor ERP and its interfaces.

  • Coaching: you learn quickly from senior colleagues and share what you learn with the team.

  • Scope: you deliver and maintain integrations and resolve issues independently, with guidance on architecture decisions.

Senior Integration Engineer

  • Years: 5+ years of hands-on integration work, several of them with Infor LN or M3.

  • Breadth: integration experience across both LN and M3, or across Infor and other ERPs, in cloud and on-premise environments.

  • Coaching: you have coached or mentored other engineers and help technical project managers grow.

  • Scope: you own our Infor integrations end to end, set technical direction and take on the most complex customer cases.

Why BLP

  • Real impact: your integrations decide whether a customer goes live.

  • Breadth: Infor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and many other ERPs, plus EDI and e-invoicing standards.

  • Growth: fast-tracked growth, with promotions and a bonus scheme that includes company shares.

  • Team: regular team events.

Practical information

  • Location: our Zurich office, hybrid with 3+ office days per week, or remotely from anywhere in Europe.

  • If you work remotely, we pay for regular visits and stays in Zurich.

  • Employment: full-time, permanent.
