At WP Engine, we are building our AI capability to accelerate innovation and productivity across our organisation. As part of this effort, we have established an AI Council to guide responsible AI adoption and governance using best-in-class technologies.
As our Principal AI Architect, you will serve as the primary technical visionary and the lead technical liaison to the AI Council responsible for establishing a scalable, enterprise-wide AI architecture. Working in close partnership with the Principal AI Product Manager, you will define the technical strategy and engineering practices that turn AI concepts into high-impact operational realities.
A central focus of your role will be the creation and oversight of our Enterprise Agent Fabric—a shared internal platform designed to enable the seamless deployment of AI agents across all functional areas. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering and business value, ensuring our AI capabilities are delivered securely, responsibly, and with operational excellence.
Enterprise AI Architecture & Agent Fabric
