Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to drive FX sales and brokerage activities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and client needs, presenting tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, understanding their FX and brokerage requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Regularly update stakeholders on market trends, new product offerings, and competitive intelligence.
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to enhance visibility and relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in FX Sales, FX Brokerage, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of foreign exchange markets, products, and institutional sales.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, global team.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as required.
