  • Target enterprise organisations: Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior executives, positioning Lokalise as a strategic partner to address their localisation challenges.
  • Develop customised solutions: Understand each client’s unique needs and craft tailored proposals that demonstrate the value of Lokalise’s platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on account strategies and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas, focusing on closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Expand existing accounts: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients to drive incremental revenue.
  • Utilise sales tools effectively: Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accurately, and optimise your workflow.
  • Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position Lokalise effectively.
 You Must Have
  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales: 5+ years of experience closing high-value, complex deals with ACVs of $50,000 or more.
  • Strong consultative sales skills: Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes and engaging senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional communication abilities: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies: Familiarity with frameworks like SPICED, MEDDIC, or Challenger Selling, and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Technical aptitude: Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Resilient and results-driven mindset: A self-motivated, proactive approach with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
It’s a Plus If You Have

  • Familiarity with procurement processes, including RFPs and enterprise contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge of SaaS industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
