Takeout and delivery orders are essential for business, but restaurants face a dizzying array of partner products and online ordering options. Our partner ordering teams help our customers tame the chaos by routing  all off premise orders directly into the kitchen. With our products,  restaurants can manage order flow, make accurate promises to guests, and make sure that each ordering channel has a positive impact on  the bottom line. 


About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Drive delivery of business outcomes, including planning and execution 
  • Collaborate closely with PM and UX to define actionable, valuable work for the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to help your teams accomplish their goals
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of software, including team ownership of monitoring and production issues
  • Guide the team’s quality and testing strategy 
  • Coach engineers for professional and technical development 
  • Recruit and onboard new team members

  • Experience writing, delivering, and operating software in a SaaS environment
  • Experience mentoring and developing successful teams
  • Experience deeply collaborating with PM and UX partners
  • Strong technical background that you use to guide your team’s decisions and plans
  • A desire to build a diverse team that wins together and prioritizes customer success
