We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Energy Efficiency Administrator to support our Energy Efficiency team within the Services & Solutions department. This is a key role supporting the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS), working closely with the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), our Quality Assurance team, partner companies, and third-party vendors.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract. There will be an expectation to be office based 2 days a week in either Dublin or Cork.

About the role:

  • Manage and track SEAI paperwork and audit documentation

  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and process payments

  • Liaise with QA and arrange site visits for compliance and audit purposes

  • Maintain accurate records on SharePoint

  • Support team reporting and KPI tracking

  • Assist with project delivery and regulatory submissions

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in admin or energy-related sectors

  • Clerical speed and accuracy

  • Previous experience of working with 3rd party contractors

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills

  • Great communication and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and spot process improvements

  • Passion for delivering high-quality service
