At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

We are looking for an Endpoint Computing Engineer to provide hands-on first- and second-line (and occasional third-line) IT support across multiple locations. You’ll ensure timely incident resolution, high customer satisfaction, and collaborate with IT administration teams on endpoint technologies.

You’ll manage Windows devices, software deployments, and user support, occasionally assisting with third-party coordination and process improvements. This full-time role (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00) may require occasional evening or weekend work.

While part of a global team, you’ll work autonomously day-to-day and travel as needed between our Dublin offices and to our Bristol site quarterly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st–3rd line technical support to internal users, ensuring timely issue resolution via Remedy/ITSM.
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN, access points, VPN).
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows hardware, software, and desktop environments using SCCM, Intune, and related tools.
Support and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and video conferencing systems (Webex, Teams).
  • Perform PC imaging, software deployment, and backup management.
  • Provide administrative support within Active Directory.
  • Assist in tool/process rollouts and coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Stay current with evolving technology and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical or desktop support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networks, and systems management tools (e.g., SCCM, BitLocker, Intune).
  • Experience with VPN (Cisco AnyConnect preferred) and basic scripting/automation beneficial.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend support.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable approach.
