The purpose of this position is to support the Employee Experience Manager in the implementation of employee experience initiatives, as required. This involves supporting the development and implementation of programmes that underpin the continuous improvement of business performance and strategic change. Such global, EMEA and local initiatives will impact areas of the employee life cycle including onboarding, employee experience, employee engagement, wellness, talent management and performance management.

This position will be based at our European Headquarters in Frimley and is available for Hybrid Working.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support employee experience initiatives as required: Onboarding Experience, IIP (Investors in People) and local employee engagement activities

  • Support line managers and employees with performance management queries.

  • Provide support for the talent management process within EMEA

  • Coordinate local wellbeing initiatives at the EMEA HQ, including the work of the Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders.

  • Support the Employee Experience Manager on any DEI-related activities, both locally and EMEA-wide.

  • Support additional projects as identified by the Employee Experience Manager

Knowledge Required:

  • CIPD qualified to a minimum of Level 7

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience, with proven experience in a generalist HR role and Learning & Development and/or Organisational Development

  • Strong communication skills: Verbal, written and presentation

  • Project management skills: Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines

  • Ability to collaborate at all levels
