Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace (facilities) experience matters within Dublin Airport Central (DAC) building, ensuring a high-quality, consistent and positive employee experience across the workplace environment.
  • Coordinate and maintain workplace experience standards, partnering with business stakeholders, service providers and colleagues to identify gaps, implement solutions and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage workplace-related suppliers and service partners, ensuring high service standards, value for money and effective delivery of agreed outcomes
  • Lead the mapping and continuous improvement of the employee journey across key lifecycle moments, identifying pain points, opportunities and priorities that enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Support the delivery and progression of employee experience initiatives, working collaboratively with HR and business stakeholders to enhance key moments across the employee lifecycle.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret employee feedback and experience insights to identify trends, opportunities and actions that improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
  • Coordinate employee experience activities and cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment and visibility of initiatives across the organisation.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting employee experience initiatives, influencing stakeholders and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and enhance workplace and employee experience 
Qualifications

Experience

2–4 years’ experience in a specialist, employee experience, workplace experience, stakeholder engagement or relationship management role. 

Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience coordinating projects or initiatives from conception through to delivery

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes

Experience gathering, interpreting and acting on employee feedback, insights or engagement data

Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or service enhancements

Experience managing supplier and vendor relationships and monitoring service delivery

Experience supporting employee engagement, employee experience or culture-related initiatives

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Ability to gather, analyse and interpret employee feedback and experience data to drive improvements. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-focused approach. 
  • Ability to manage supplier and service provider relationships effectively. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
