About the team

The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. Within this, the Strategy & Operations organization is at the forefront of driving revenue and growth. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of the team that plays an integral role in shaping and executing GTM strategies with sales leaders of the EMEA business. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and has demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

What you’ll do

As a Sales Business Partner on our Sales Strategy and Ops team, you will partner with senior Sales leadership and the broader Sales team to drive the overall effectiveness of the org. Responsibilities include resource planning, go-to-market analysis, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, and sales program implementation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience: (1) scaling a technology sales org, (2) contributing to the growth and development of a sales operations team, and (3) superior communication skills to work across the most senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior sales leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans tailored to the EMEA sales organization.
  • Create and manage operational processes for annual planning, territory planning, target setting, and forecasting to streamline operations.
  • Facilitate regular business meetings, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and monthly/quarterly business reviews with strong operational rigor.
  • Analyze data trends to provide insights on key performance metrics, identify roadblocks, and proactively work to remove obstacles.
  • Develop and execute initiatives and workflows designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee the implementation of enabling systems and tools, coordinating closely with internal systems and cross-functional stakeholders.
