Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple European countries, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to coordinate payroll-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and labor laws across EMEA regions.
- Close cooperation with regional HR team.
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports, including tax filings and year-end declarations, as required by local authorities.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with GDPR and company policies.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and address discrepancies in collaboration with finance teams.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support the implementation of payroll-related systems or tools to meet business needs.
- Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and professional explanations.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Participation in payroll software integration projects
Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll processing across multiple European countries.
- Proven track record of working with external payroll vendors and managing regional payroll complexities.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regional regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with payroll software
- Familiarity with major European payroll regulations and taxation systems (e.g., UK, Germany, France, or other key markets).
- Strong advantage: experience with Ceridian Dayforce
