Job Description:

Join Us as an EHS Specialist – Dublin (FTC until Dec 2026)

Are you passionate about creating safer, more sustainable workplaces? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your expertise in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) can make a real impact? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive EHS Specialist to join our Tech Ops/Engineering & EHS team in Dublin on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting site-wide EHS activities, driving compliance, and championing continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on EHS support across all site operations

  • Maintain and enhance our EHS Management Systems

  • Lead the Health & Safety team and participate in EHS committees

  • Manage the site’s industrial hygiene programme and EHS documentation

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments

  • Deliver engaging EHS training modules

  • Monitor legal compliance and prepare reports for authorities and corporate stakeholders

  • Support sustainability initiatives and EHS improvement projects

  • Act as a role model for safe and responsible workplace behaviour

 What You Bring

  • A degree in science or engineering, ideally with a formal EHS qualification

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharma or chemical sector

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools (e.g., mobile apps)

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
