YETI is seeking a strategic and results-driven eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead our presence and growth on Amazon and emerging marketplaces across Europe. This role is pivotal in driving performance, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring best-in-class execution across multiple regions. We currently trade on Amazon UK, DE, NL, FR, ES, and IT, with plans to expand to Amazon IE and Bol.com. This is a highly strategic role focused on growth, optimization, and marketplace excellence, rather than administrative oversight.
Responsibilities: Marketplace Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute the strategy for YETI’s presence across European marketplaces, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities, including launching new marketplaces and developing innovative growth strategies.
- Continuously improve YETI’s marketplace positioning through data-driven insights and rigorous execution.
Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Lead Amazon Advertising and other marketplace paid media strategies, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
- Develop, test, and optimize advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Brand Presence & Content Optimization
- Oversee the optimization of product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and video, ensuring best-in-class brand representation.
- Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure all marketplace assets align with YETI’s premium positioning.
- Implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and discoverability through marketplace SEO best practices.
Account Management & Compliance
- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring compliance with all platform policies and guidelines.
- Stay ahead of Amazon algorithm updates, policy changes, and emerging trends to keep YETI ahead of the competition.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Amazon account managers and marketplace partners.
Inventory & Demand Planning
- Partner with supply chain, demand planning, and merchandising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels across all marketplaces.
- Develop forecasting models to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.
- Collaborate on the trading strategy to drive sales of discontinued and overstocked products.
Customer Engagement & Brand Protection
- Monitor and manage customer reviews, feedback, and ratings, implementing strategies to enhance the YETI customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally to enforce brand protection, ensuring unauthorized sellers and counterfeit products are mitigated.
- Develop strategies to enhance YETI’s brand presence and premium positioning within the marketplace ecosystem.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, including sales, advertising effectiveness, customer insights, and inventory levels.
- Generate reports from Amazon Brand Analytics, Business Reports, and Advertising Console to monitor conversion rates, profitability, and market trends.
- Use data-driven insights, to optimize product listings, refine ad strategies, and manage inventory to enhance brand performance.
- Competitive analysis and customer sentiment tracking help improve positioning and drive growth.
- Identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic adjustments to maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplaces, with a strong understanding of Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP) and performance marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar marketplace revenue streams.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO, algorithm changes, and content optimization strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Passion for premium brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application
