Currently, we are looking for an E-learning Specialist to join the Promova team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind launching impactful online courses across a variety of topics and industries. From idea to release, you’ll transform knowledge into engaging learning experiences that reach thousands of users worldwide.
YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:
- Research key literature and concepts on different topics as a groundwork for courses creation
- Shape courses’ structures and bring your expert vision to life.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create courses that solve real user pain points.
- Work with ML engineers to refine AI prompts for generating course texts and images.
- Ensure top quality of the courses through thorough content, language, and information presentation reviews.
- Manage course content and quizzes in the admin system following the team guidelines.
ABOUT YOU:
- You're curious by nature and love trying out new tools and ideas.
- You’ve got at least 1 year of experience teaching English – online or in person.
- You studied English Philology or Linguistics, so you know your way around syntax and semantics.
- CELTA certification.
- Experience crafting prompts for ChatGPT or other generative AI models.
- You roll with the punches and can adapt when things shift or priorities change — flexibility is your superpower.
