What you need to know about this position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility would cover eCommerce content development, including data & asset collection, content improvement - from content development, content review, to product naming and description, that is aligned with the content framework and best practices.
- Master asset management - ensuring all required data is in place and organized neatly
- Project management, from planning, timeline management, implementation, and monitoring.
- Do active collaboration with internal team (ecommerce & marketing team), including creative brainstorm, insights and recommendations based on data analysis and research.
- Liaison with external team (creative agency, enabler and platform)
- Understand the different factors that affect e-commerce business using the content scoring framework and help work across each part of the framework to optimize business.
Job specific requirements:
- Undergraduate of Business-related program within the specialization of Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Amenable to do full-time internship for 6 months
- Strong administrative and project management abilities, including the capacity to multitask, closely monitor progress on tasks and keeping track of all documentation
- Attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Familiar and avid-user of e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
- Passionate, curious and self-driving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
