The Documentation Coordinator provides clerical/administrative in support of Product Configuration Services (PCS) activities.

This is a Hybrid role with a requirement to be on site 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and upload electronic documentation for Enterprise Change Requests
• Create Enterprise Change Requests (ECR) in PLM under direction of management
• Perform incorporation of approved changes to documentation (e.g. JDE data entry, verify correct implementation)
• Participate in special projects, complete assigned tasks and deliverables
• Other incidental duties
Education and Experience:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent 2 Years years experience of work experience Required
Additional Skills:

• Good computer skills including MS Office Suite
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
• General knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and medical device regulations as it relates to records and documentation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, PDM (Product Document Management) system, and Ignite
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Attention to detail
• Contacts are typically with individuals within own department and occasionally with contacts outside own organization
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the group
• Ability to build stable working relationships internally
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
