- Work with district leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve credit performance targets and communicate results.
- Models effective credit-selling behaviors and provides hands-on coaching and training to build associate confidence in offering Lowe's Credit during every sales transaction.
- Hosts weekly calls and participates in stores walks to ensure locations are prepared to execute promotional activities and new credit initiatives.
- Collect and communicate credit market intelligence to support business decision making.
- Analyze local and territory performance trends using company reporting and ad-hoc analyses to identify credit opportunities and emerging risks as well as recognize performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other district and regional field leaders and business partners within assigned territory, resolving credit issues as necessary.
- Partners with lending providers to assess business risk, protect Lowe's reputation, customers, and assets, and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Escalates, manages, and reports control issues with transparency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business, communications or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 7 Years experience in retail operations/ sales/ credit
- 5-7 years combined experience in retail sales or credit in lieu of degree and experience requires in sales / credit
