OX Security is hiring a hands-on Director of Sales to lead our EMEA sales efforts. You'll manage a team of AEs while driving your own deals and helping shape our go-to-market motion in the region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows the cyber landscape, and leads by example.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 Account Executives
- Own and close strategic enterprise deals across EMEA
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Forecast performance and report on pipeline health
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and CS
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience managing sales teams in B2B SaaS Cyber.
- Proven success as an individual contributor with strong closing skills
- Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity space (AppSec/DevSecOps a plus)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities
- Based in Israel or the UK (preferred), with experience in the EMEA market
