We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations Systems & GenAI to lead the transformation of our revenue engine through scalable systems, data, and AI.
This leader will own the End-to-end RevOps systems and Analytics spanning CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, enrichment, and emerging AI platforms. The role combines hands-on execution, team leadership, and architectural ownership of the Revenue tech stack.
You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to design and operate a modern, AI-powered Revenue Operations function that drives efficiency, visibility, and growth.
What You’ll Own🧠 RevOps Systems & Architecture- Define and evolve the Revenue Operations tech stack architecture (Salesforce, Gong, Groove, Clay, and adjacent tools)
- Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of systems that support the full revenue lifecycle
- Ensure systems are scalable, integrated, and aligned to revenue processes
- Drive standardization across workflows, data models, and system design
- Lead the development and execution of the RevOps GenAI roadmap
- Identify and deploy AI-powered use cases across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing (e.g., pipeline insights, forecasting signals, call intelligence, workflow automation)
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to embed AI-native workflows and agents
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into measurable revenue impact
- Own implementation and optimization of core platforms:
- Salesforce (CRM)
- Sales engagement platforms (e.g., Groove)
- Conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong)
- Data enrichment and automation tools (e.g., Clay)
- Drive system adoption, data integrity, and operational excellence
- Ensure tools enable seller productivity and reduce friction across the revenue lifecycle
- Lead the RevOps Analytics function, including reporting, dashboards, and advanced insights
- Build and maintain a single source of truth for pipeline, ARR, and customer data
- Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue drivers
- Embed insights directly into workflows to drive real-time decision-making
- Lead and scale a high-performing team across Systems and Analytics
- Operate as a player-coach, balancing execution with strategic leadership
- Build a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop team members into future leaders
- 8–12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems leadership
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and RevOps tech stack architecture
- Proven experience implementing tools such as Gong, Groove, Clay, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of data models, integrations, and system design
- Hands-on experience applying AI/GenAI in revenue workflows
- Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into revenue outcomes
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
