This role ensures the seamless execution of day-to-day product operations, drives process improvements, and aligns operational strategies with business and product objectives. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Product Management, Engineering, and all Field departments—hold the Global Content Product Leadership to account, and play a key role in resource planning, reporting, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
Product Operations Leadership: Oversee daily product operations for the Global Content Team, ensuring efficient and effective workflows that support product development and delivery goals. Implement and optimize operational processes to enable product success.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that support product roadmaps and business objectives. Set operational objectives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure targets are met.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Solution Delivery, and other departments. Coordinate joint initiatives, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment across teams to drive product outcomes.
Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product operations professionals. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development to build a high-performing operations team.
Process & Quality Improvement: Drive initiatives to standardize and improve product operational processes, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and quality. Implement best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Budgeting & Resource Management: Manage operational budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to support product initiatives and team objectives.
Reporting & Analytics: Oversee the collection and analysis of product operational data. Prepare regular reports for leadership and use insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to new tools, processes, or organizational changes impacting product operations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the product operations function in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Address operational concerns and requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably within a product management or technology-focused team.
Strong track record of process improvement, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration in a product environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with budgeting, reporting, and change management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the software, technology, or insurance industry.
Familiarity with product management, content management, or solution delivery functions.
