We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the development and ownership of our Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Virtual Card (VCN) domain. You will play a key role in streamlining and automating our financial processes, improving efficiency, and unlocking new revenue streams through innovative solutions. This is a critical opportunity to shape the future of our financial operations and drive a positive impact across the organization.
Responsibilities:• Define the product vision and roadmap for the AP, AR, and Virtual Card domain, aligning with overall business objectives and financial goals.• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, GTM) in the development and implementation of new AP, AR, and Virtual Card products and features.• Own the user experience for AP, AR, and Virtual Card functionalities, ensuring intuitive and efficient processes for all users.• Evaluate and recommend integration opportunities with existing financial systems and third-party platforms.• Develop and implement robust security and compliance protocols for the domain.• Manage data governance and ensure accurate financial reporting.• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product initiatives.• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.• Stay ahead of emerging trends in finance technology and payment solutions.
Qualifications:• 7+ years of experience in product management.• Proven track record of successfully building and launching SaaS financial products and solutions.• Deep understanding of AP, AR, and Virtual Card processes and best practices.• Strong technical acumen and experience with modern financial technology platforms (ERP systems, payment gateways, etc.).• Experience working in an agile development environment.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:• This role is hybrid, with the expectation of working in the Dublin, Ireland office at least 3 days per week.
