Lead the hotel's brand strategy, PR, digital performance, and experiential marketing. Manage media relations, SEO/SEM, website and social strategies, product launches/openings, luxury partnerships, and CRM (GHA DISCOVERY) to drive UHNW guest loyalty and market prominence.
The Director of Marketing & Communications will serve as the strategic architect of the property’s brand identity. You will be responsible for elevating the hotel’s profile within the Prague market and globally, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the European elegance and "Remarkable Service" synonymous. This role demands a holistic approach, integrating PR and communications with cutting-edge digital performance and high-level experiential marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and execute an annual integrated marketing plan that aligns with our global standards.
- Public Relations & Narrative: Act as the primary guardian of the hotel’s reputation. Manage high-level media relations, craft compelling press stories, and host international journalists and KOLs and manage their itineraries alongside the Experience Curator.
- Digital Ecosystem Management: Oversee the property’s digital footprint, including SEO/SEM, website optimization, and social media strategies that prioritize engagement over mere reach.
- Product Launches & Openings: (As applicable) Lead the marketing and communication roadmap for new launches, renovations, or property re-flagging, ensuring a "Grand Opening" impact that captures market share immediately.
- Partnership & Networking: Establish prestigious local partnerships with luxury watchmakers, fashion houses, and cultural institutions in Prague to enhance guest experiences and brand prestige.
- CRM & Loyalty: Leverage the GHA DISCOVERY program to drive repeat business and curate personalized communication for UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) individuals.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience | Minimum 8–10 years in Luxury Hospitality Marketing and PR, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Market Knowledge | Deep familiarity with the Prague luxury landscape or comparable European Tier-1 markets (e.g., Vienna, Paris, Budapest).
Proven Track Record | Demonstrated success in managing large-scale product launches or hotel openings.
Digital Acumen | Proficient in data-driven marketing, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and luxury-tier CMS platforms.
Communication | Sophisticated verbal and written command of English; proficiency in Czech or a second European language is highly advantageous.
Market Knowledge | Deep familiarity with the Prague luxury landscape or comparable European Tier-1 markets (e.g., Vienna, Paris, Budapest).
