Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) has launched a bold vision to optimize its resource allocation across the global System, enabling it to maximize value and impact in both strategic and operational priorities. At the heart of this transformation is Fuelight 360, a proprietary platform that establishes a single source of truth for resource allocation decisions, spanning consumer marketing and trade investments.
To enable this vision, the successful adoption of Fuelight 360 across the Coca-Cola System—including Operating Units (OUs), Bottlers, and the enterprise—is critical. Equipping stakeholders with the necessary capabilities, processes, tools, and governance to fully embed this platform into their daily operations is essential to achieving outcomes such as resource optimization, enhanced decision-making, and System-wide consistency.
The Director, Global Resource Allocation plays a pivotal role in leading this effort, overseeing the deployment and operational adoption of resource allocation capabilities across the Coca-Cola System. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Resource Allocation Program Delivery Lead, this role collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders—including Bottlers, OUs, and enterprise teams—to ensure Fuelight 360 is successfully integrated into business processes. By fostering alignment and building the necessary supporting frameworks, this role ensures that teams across the System engage with and deliver measurable outcomes through the platform.
Role Purpose
The Director, Global Resource Allocation is responsible for leading capability-building efforts and enabling the sustainable adoption of the Fuelight 360 platform across Coca-Cola Operating Units and Bottlers globally.
This role leads deployment activities, ensures alignment across multiple stakeholder groups, and designs solutions tailored to diverse System needs. It also serves as a key partner in external stakeholder engagement, specifically driving Bottler adoption by customizing strategies and enabling alignment across the Coca-Cola System.
As the role sits within the Global Resource Allocation Program Delivery team, it is oriented toward program execution, operational excellence, and measurable delivery outcomes, reinforcing strong collaboration with partners including the Capabilities and Change Management team, among others.

- Feedback Loops: Collect and act on insights and roadblocks shared by OUs and Bottlers, integrating lessons learned into future deployment plans to improve adoption success.
- Sustainability: Partner with key stakeholders to ensure tools, routines, and behaviors become embedded as part of long-term decision-making processes.
Enablement Through Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Bridge Functions: Serve as the key point of collaboration between the Fuelight Product Team, Technical Team, and Business Science Team to ensure platform deployment meets operating needs.
