Your role at Clorox:
The Digital Hub Leader – Enterprise Transformation is a senior enterprise role accountable for setting the vision, strategy, and operating model for the Digital Hub. This role drives enterprise-wide transformation by modernizing how work is executed, governed, and measured—eliminating manual effort, reducing operational noise, and embedding digital-first, analytics-led ways of working. Operating at an enterprise level, the role partners with GBS, Business Functions, and Enterprise Data & Technology to translate strategy into scalable, trusted, and outcome-driven execution.In this role, you will:
• Sets the enterprise vision and strategy for the Digital Hub, aligned to business priorities and enterprise transformation objectives.
• Designs and leads a global Digital Hub operating model that is stable, transparent, and trusted by senior leaders.
• Drives enterprise performance management by replacing manual reporting with certified, automated, and auditable digital products.
• Embeds digital-first and automation-by-default principles to eliminate rework, hand-offs, and operational inefficiencies.
• Enables predictive control through advanced analytics and process intelligence, shifting operations from reactive to proactive.
• Leads strategic vendor and partner governance, ensuring delivery is tied to business outcomes rather than activity-based SLAs.
• Acts as an enterprise integrator across GBS, Business, and Enterprise Technology, resolving ambiguity and driving alignment.
• Serves as a senior escalation point for delivery integrity, risk, audit readiness, and control effectiveness.
Scope & Impact
• Enterprise-wide scope across multiple business functions and value streams.
• Regular interaction with VP+ leaders, Audit, Risk, and Enterprise Technology stakeholders.
• Accountability for enterprise analytics trust, control effectiveness, and transformation outcomes.
• Influence over operating models, prioritization, and vendor strategy.
