This is a highly visible leadership role where influence truly matters. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders, shaping a strong culture of ethics and compliance while navigating a dynamic and complex regulatory environment. Working closely with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and business leaders, you'll drive initiatives that protect our business, enable growth, and reinforce trust across the organization.

Partnering with leadership and senior stakeholders up to board level, you’ll translate regulatory requirements and ethical principles into practical, business-focused solutions that support performance while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

Job Purpose

As Director, Ethics & Compliance, Europe, you will lead the regional compliance strategy across multiple European markets, ensuring a robust and effective ethics framework that supports both business success and regulatory excellence.

You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on compliance risks, investigations, governance, and regulatory developments while fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making. This role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight and offers significant visibility across the European organization and global compliance community.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and continuously evolve the Ethics & Compliance program across Europe.

  • Partner with senior executives to strengthen ethical culture and compliance awareness throughout the organization.

  • Provide strategic guidance on compliance risks, regulatory developments, internal investigations, and governance matters.

  • Oversee regional compliance monitoring initiatives and drive effective risk mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure alignment with global compliance standards while addressing local regulatory requirements across European markets.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience leading Ethics & Compliance programs within a multinational environment.

  • Strong knowledge of European compliance regulations and corporate governance practices.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex business environments.

  • Experience managing compliance investigations, risk assessments, and organizational change initiatives.

  • A collaborative and credible leadership style, combined with excellent judgment and communication skills.

  • The ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial realities and business objectives.
