Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of open-source products supporting clinical trial design and analysis in a GxP environment
Oversee product lifecycle, balancing enhancements, maintenance, and compliance priorities
Champion agile, user-centric development with iterative delivery and transparent prioritization
Establish robust testing frameworks to ensure product quality and reliability
Coach and mentor product teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Break down complex challenges into actionable steps for systematic progress
Shape strategic roadmaps in partnership with senior leadership
Essential Requirements:
Master’s degree in a quantitative or computational science (e.g. computer science, statistics, mathematics)
10+ years developing scalable analytics solutions using open-source languages that deliver business value
5+ years leading product management for statistical or analytical tools using agile methodologies
Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor and inspire cross-functional teams
Proven experience analyzing product KPIs to drive continuous improvement and user engagement
- Expert-level proficiency in R and Python with deep understanding of software development best practices
Desirable Requirements:
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, statistical analysis, and regulatory submission requirements
Experience contributing to open-source projects in the pharmaceutical sector, especially in R, Julia, or Python
