The Director of Business Analysis Client Insight is part of the Clinical Solutions, Risk Adjustment team. This role leads and develops a high-performing analytics team, driving accountability for outcomes, insight, quality, and client impact. The leader will be both strategic and hands-on, leveraging advanced analytics, AI-powered insights, and modern reporting platforms to deliver meaningful, scalable solutions for key clients.
They will translate complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable intelligence, using automation and AI to improve speed, accuracy, and depth of insights. This role is responsible for guiding the team in resolving sophisticated data challenges, identifying patterns, and proactively surfacing opportunities and risks.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record of leading data driven strategy and decision making at enterprise scale, delivering measurable business impact
- Demonstrated deep expertise in analytics platforms and complex data ecosystems, including SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, GitHub, and multi source data environments
- Proven experience leading and developing high performing analytics or business analysis teams, with accountability for delivery, quality, and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to improve insights and operational efficiency
- Demonstrated solid executive level communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, make decisions, and effectively execute within a large, global, fast paced organization
- Proven experience leading and managing high performing teams, driving accountability, capability development, and consistent delivery of high quality outcomes
Other useful skills and experience include:
- Proven experience working with AI/ML driven analytics or predictive modeling
- Proven experience in healthcare, Risk Adjustment, or similarly complex, regulated data environments, including working with large scale, multi source datasets
- Demonstrated solid background in modern reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, with a focus on delivering user friendly, decision ready outputs
