About the Role:
CrowdStrike is currently looking for an Alliance Partnership Director, Southern Europe to help us refine and execute existing Solution Provider, MSSP, Global System Integrator, Distributor and Technology Alliances. Success in this position will require: building a strong, productive relationship with existing partners, strategic identification, recruitment & onboarding of new partners, a focus on growing our business opportunities within the indirect routes-to-market, and achievement of a marked increase in the number of partner sourced opportunities/deal registrations and ultimately closed won partner sourced business.

This position is open to candidates that are located remotely in France and Spain location 

What You’ll Do:

  •  Acting as a business partner to the Southern Europe Regional Leaders to deliver the indirect revenue goals as outlined in the strategic plan 

  • Attract, recruit, retain, lead and enable a team of indirect sellers / alliance managers across Southern Europe

  • Manage direct executive relationships with key strategic partners

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and leaders across sales, marketing, solution architects and operations

  • Forecasting of the partner sourced business for Southern Europe and working with the Sales Leadership on triangulation of the partner view to help support the overall forecast process

  • Operating as the channel leader and acting as a focal point of all channel functional teams such as MSSP, Global System Integrators and Cloud Service Providers to align the partner business with sales teams 

  • Public speaking at partner events and leadership of Partner Advisory Boards 

  • Analysing key metrics from reports, dashboards, etc to optimize the indirect business 

  • Identifying areas for improvement across the channel strategy, including having an overall balanced and strategic plan for segments like SMB, Corporate and Enterprise, along with product based strategies and initiatives

  • Coordinate with Channel Solution Architect leadership on technical enablement for relevant partners. Collaborate around the execution of a cohesive technical enablement strategy

  • Ensure that the alliance managers’ support/facilitate engagement of our internal sales and technical teams with partners’ sales and technical teams

  • Contribute thought leadership in key management meetings across the region

  • Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on design and execution of marketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers

  • Develop a business plan outlining how target revenues and objectives for the year will be achieved. Define annual targets across the various territories, with input into the most appropriate market coverage models required for the local market

  • Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing, and target channel partner accounts, & competitive landscape

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition, and competition.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%  

What You’ll Need: 

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in both channel and direct sales across Southern Europe location

  • Extensive experience working in partner sales and leadership roles, ideally within a software/SaaS business-to-business environment, preferably in cybersecurity

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing multinational teams, with strong coaching and mentoring capabilities

  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement

  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving, as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions

  • Ability to communicate with partners at all levels - from sales rep to C-level and business owner

  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who is able to multitask and work independently or within a team

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills

  • Native fluency and business level English
