Role & Responsibility:

  • Own a digital product's entire lifecycle: defining its vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Act as the bridge between business, tech, and users to deliver value, focusing heavily on data and UX.
  • Translate customer needs into features, align development basis business priorities.
  • Collaborate with different departments to build effective digital customer journeys and strong back-end processes for seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee development, internal product and process trainings, and collaborate with marketing on go to market plans
  • Analyze app & website performance and increased uptake

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years in product development, marketing, project management, or software development. (built websites & apps)
  • Good-to-have certifications: Agile (CSPO, PSPO), Product Management, UX/UI, Data Analytics
  • Basic understanding of programming (Java, HTML, CSS), Cloud tech will be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/ marketing/ computer science/
  • MBA or Masters in tech/product-focused fields are a plus.
  • Tools: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft office.
