As part of our growing content team, we are looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our team. The role is an excellent opportunity to work on varied projects that involve creative as well as production-based skills which will be pushed out across the company’s various customer touch points.

You will have the opportunity to bite off as much as you can chew from day one with the opportunity to get involved in all elements of the creative design.

You must have an up to date portfolio, submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.

Key Attributes

  • You’ve spent at least one year working in a similar role.
  • You’re a professional, skilled and creative designer who is always looking to learn and you work well with people from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • You’ve got a great eye for detail through all phases of creative development.
  • You know how to use the usual motion graphics and video editing tools in the Adobe Creative Suite and you may have some other talents like 3D would give you some major brownie points!
  • You live and breathe design and we’ll provide you with the best tools and hardware to do your best work.
  • You have experience with content and communication design.
  • You’re independent with an ability to work to deadlines and manage your own time but also collaborate on projects with the rest of the team.

Key Activities

  • Design and editing for motion and video: social media content; training and tutorial videos; digital ads; and campaign assets in collaboration with colleagues across the business.
  • Create content for a variety of platforms and media including web, email and social.
  • Graphic design: layout and typography as they apply to a diverse set of outputs.
  • Working creatively within existing brand guidelines.
  • Working proactively under your own initiative or as part of the design team.
  • Be comfortable working in a collaborative work environment - managing various deadlines, competing priorities and a variety of creative functions.
  • Keep up-to-date on current design methodologies and always willing to learn.
  • Work with published brand guidelines toolkit for brand consistency and delivery.
  • Have a flexible approach to support reasonable tasks as necessary as part of the team.

Key Requirements

  • You love design and care deeply about the quality of your work. You’re never satisfied with the status quo.
  • Experience working in a design team, on motion design and brand-related motion projects.
  • Experience with animation tools: After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro and others.
  • Proven skills in 2D animation, motion graphics, design, and typography.
  • Experience with best practice motion graphics creation processes.
  • You’re self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
  • You can be trusted that you’ll do what you say you will and deliver on time.
  • Skilled in the core tools, able to choose the right one for each task.
